Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can no-salt-added chickpeas
- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ÂĽ cup tahini
- ÂĽ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ÂĽ cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Drain chickpeas, reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid.
- Transfer the chickpeas and the reserved liquid to a food processor.
- Add avocado, cilantro, tahini, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt.
- Puree until very smooth. Serve with veggie chips, pita chips or crudités.

- Frozen Blueberries
- Apple
- Spinach
- Chia Seeds
- Manuka Honey (Or regular honey)
- Almond milk
Instructions
- To make this smoothie, add all of your ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.
- Using manuka honey is optional, you can use regular honey. Or if you are vegan, don’t use honey.

Ingredients
- 3 large courgettes cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp Morocco Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea salt and black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Cut the courgettes into thin slice and place on a baking tray.
- Add olive oil over courgettes, with sea salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Bake in the preheated oven until courgettes are brown and crispy, cook time 15- 25 minutes.
