Chocolate Fudge Banana Bread Recipe
Instructions
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup white sugar
- 3.9 ounce package instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup mashed overripe bananas
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup Morocco Gold extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Mix the flour, sugar, pudding mix, salt and baking powder together in a bowl. Stir in bananas, ¾ of the chocolate chips, eggs and Morocco Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, about 1 hour 20 minutes.
